TERMS OF USE
Upon submission of my courier service order, I hereby agree to abide by the Terms of Use as stated below:- I am responsible for the provision of accurate information for the fulfillment of the courier service order as submitted via the Delex Online Booking System.
- Delex will not be held responsible for delay and /or failure to fulfill the service order caused by inaccurate and/or incomplete order submission.
- Delex reserves the right to amend the Service and/or Consignment Type, without prior notice to me, subject to the satisfactory evidence being provided in support of the amendment.
- I am responsible to ensure that the goods to be transported are not hazardous and/or toxic in nature.
- Upon acceptance of the delivered goods by me or my Consignee, it is confirmed that all goods were received in satisfactory order and Delex will not be held responsible for any defect, loss and/or any other damages that may discovered thereafter.
- In the event of any defect, loss and/or other damages beingfound and proven, beyond reasonable doubt, to have been caused whilst the goods were in the care and control of Delex, the liability to Delex is limited to not more than S$1,000 per Consignment.
- All other Terms and Conditions of Service shall beas stipulated in the Service Agreementand/or confirmed Quotation, whichever is applicable.
- In case of dispute between the Terms of Use (ONLINE BOOKING) and the Terms and Conditions of Service (Local Courier Service Agreement), the latter shall prevail.
